A $200 deposit will reserve a puppy as follows:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Final payment must be made in cash or e-transfer. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.
• Puppy's will not be delivered or picked up until they are 8 weeks old.
Buyers are required to provide and be able to provide documentation if applicable of routine preventative care such as but not limited to:
1. Annual physical check-up exam
2. Deworming, heartworm/flea preventatives and vaccines as per veterinarians prescribed regimen
3. Veterinarian's care when needed
What's covered:
This puppy is warranted till he\she is 1 year old against fatal and life altering congenital diseases: Conditions that warrant return of the puppy include: degenerative myelopathy (DM), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand’s Disease (vWD), intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), severe canine hip dysplasia (CHD) which hampers the dog’s movement and natural gait and which requires surgery to correct, epilepsy, Lens luxation, progressive retinal atrophy (PRA), kidney / heart / pancreas / spine / liver problems of a severe and life threatening and/or altering nature.
Puppies must show defects within 1 year old. Buyer must also notify the seller within 2 days of diagnosis. Buyer must also retain reports from 2 different veterinarians from two unassociated clinics; these reports must have the same diagnosis and conclusion. Buyer must return the puppy within 10 days of first diagnosis. Seller will replace the affected puppy with a puppy of equal value or help cover costs of vet bills up to $800, only after contacting the vet directly and receiving a copy of the invoice.
If a puppy should die within 1 year warranty, the buyer is required to have an autopsy performed to determine cause of death. No replacement will be given if the buyer does not have autopsy done or if autopsy does not show any congenital defect caused by genetics. If the autopsy shows the cause of death is congenitally genetic, the seller will replace the puppy within 1 year of the veterinary report. Seller will choose a replacement and might not be from the same parents as the original puppy.
Rehoming Agreement:
Buyer agrees that if they cannot keep the above puppy for any reason throughout its lifetime they will not surrender it to a shelter or similar facility but instead will find a good home for it. If Buyer cannot find a good home for the puppy, then Seller will accept the dog back (no refund) and will find the puppy another good home.
Spay/Neuter Agreements:
Fixing your dog prevents unexpected pregnancies, keeps both sexes from roaming away during estrus, reduces the tendency of male dogs to pee on everything, and also fights with other males. Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this dog.
*Unless the puppy has been adopted for breeding, and the breeding program has been approved by the seller then the Spay/neuter agreement does not apply to the buyer.
